Delayed Honesty

I do not believe that this is a black or white issue; that is why it is so thought provoking. This issue is a personal choice for each individual.These emotions come from a cultural viewpoint. The main point is that a person should consider the consequences of their actions and whether it is possible to take personal responsiblity. If a person would not be willing to accept the consequences, such as forfeiting a degree, than the person should not engage in activities such as plagarism. However, if the person is willing to pay an expensive speeding ticket, risk points on his/her driver's license, and pay higher insurance rates (being just a few possible consequences) than that person must feel that it is okay to speed. I believe that this is just a friendly reminder to consider the consequences before taking action.
